What we collect

SaveClips does not require an account and never asks for your name, email or payment details. When you paste a link, that link is sent to our extraction service only to fetch the available download options. We do not build a profile from it.

We record anonymous usage statistics: page views, which platform a link belongs to, whether an analysis succeeded or failed, device type and browser family. These records contain no personal identifiers and are used to keep the service working.

Files you download

Downloads are streamed directly from the source platform to your device. We do not store the videos or audio you save, and no copy is kept on our servers.

Cookies and advertising

SaveClips shows advertising to keep the service free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly page analytics to count visits and measure which downloader pages are useful. IP addresses are not stored alongside these records.

Children

SaveClips is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
